Where it all begins

The Panthers are a fast paced basketball team led by high IQ players. After not reaching the playoffs in the 2021 PBA season, we are training harder than ever, getting ready for our first season in the PBL. The Leading scorer and PBA All Star Jason Williams will return with Vense Bryant, and Desmond Sain. Markus Montague is the 4th returning starter and will hold down the paint. The Panthers Head Coach and Owner is Cecil Hood Detroit Central High School stand out. Derrick Foster will return as the Head assistant coach. 

We would love to have a permanent home facility for the Detroit Panthers. We plan on using this facility not only for the Panthers but for training the youth.We want a place that is a second home for our youth in the community, to shoot hoops and learn life skills. We have the land and blueprint for the facility but need some monetary help in making this dream a reality. At the moment we are having to use different facilities for home games and training.  Click the link below for donations and more information.
